Repositioning After a Change in Leadership

Calvary Church in Irving, Texas has a remarkable history, but after many decades of effective leadership by Pastor J. Don George, it was time to transition to a new leader. To celebrate the transition, incoming pastor Ben Dailey asked our team to coach the creative and leadership teams through a process of repositioning and rebranding the church to reflect his new vision to reach greater Dallas. We also created a series of short videos featured during the a special celebration that told the church’s history and shared a powerful vision for the future.
