FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Hosted by global director Kathleen Cooke, the Influence Women event equips Christian creatives in the AI space without compromising their faith.
Franklin, Tenn. (January 29, 2026) — As AI rapidly reshapes media and entertainment, Christian creatives wrestle with the questions of ethics and faithful innovation. To address these challenges, Influence Women will host an industry event at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention titled “Lights, Camera, Courage: Navigating AI in Media, Entertainment and the Arts.” The event will take place on Wednesday, February 19, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in Nashville and is designed to equip female creatives with practical tools to engage AI without compromising their faith.
Hosted by Kathleen Cooke, global director of Influence Women and a respected media executive and thought leader, the gathering will explore both the opportunities and controversies surrounding AI. Guest speakers will bring practical strategies for navigating the use of AI in storytelling, production and content creation.
“Every day, stories told through the arts and entertainment influence what people believe, value and hope for,” shares Kathleen. “It puts a higher emphasis on Christian creatives to stay rooted in our faith and values while integrating AI into our creative work.”
Key speakers at the event are Emma Sharma, co-founder of Futuria AI; and Krissy Miles, the executive pastor of NFluence Church and CEO/co-founder of Miles Media. As industry leaders, they will inspire attendees to approach AI with confidence and navigate the culture with wisdom and spiritual insight. Additional presenters include award winning actors, producers, and authors such as Alexandra Boylan, Nina May, Jen Lilley, Tammy Battaglia, and Kelsey Cooke-Guerra.
